Do you ship crested geckos?
Eligible animals can be shipped to permitted destinations within the continental United States when weather and carrier conditions are appropriate. Shipping is coordinated after checkout rather than triggered automatically.
Where is Obsidian Morphs located?
The breeding program is based in North Alabama. Local pickup may be available by appointment. The exact meeting location is shared privately after an order or pickup arrangement is confirmed.
How do I know whether a gecko is still available?
The product status appears on every listing. Available animals can be purchased, On Hold animals are temporarily reserved, Sold animals remain visible in the archive, and Keeper animals are not offered for sale.
Can I reserve an animal without payment?
Unless the listing or breeder states otherwise, an animal is not reserved until the required payment or deposit is confirmed. Sending a message alone does not remove a gecko from availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
Enabled methods appear at checkout. The store can support PayPal and eligible Venmo checkout through the official PayPal integration, cards and supported wallets through an enabled processor, and optional manual payment-app or invoice instructions. Never send payment to an account that was not confirmed through the website or direct communication with the breeder.
Are sex and adult appearance guaranteed?
Listings distinguish confirmed, probable, and unsexed animals. Young geckos may be difficult to sex with certainty. Color and pattern also change with age, lighting, shedding, and fired state. The listing should be read as a current description, not a promise of exact adult appearance.
Do you offer care support?
Buyers are encouraged to ask questions and use the site’s care resources. Educational support does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a qualified reptile veterinarian.
What should I do before ordering?
Prepare the enclosure, confirm local legality, read the care guide and shipping policy, and make sure you can receive the animal during the agreed window.
