Age helps interpret size, weight, sex certainty, and expected development. If the exact hatch date is unknown, an honest estimate is better than false precision.

Ask which description is visual and which is supported by lineage or a known genetic project. Complex labels should be accompanied by photographs and records.

Verify the account through the breeder’s official website or established communication. Understand whether the payment is processed automatically or leaves the order On Hold for manual verification.
Evaluate the answers together
No single answer proves reliability. Look for consistency, records, clear limitations, and willingness to slow down when animal welfare requires it. Pressure, evasiveness, mismatched payment identities, stolen-looking photos, and promises that sound impossible are warning signs.
